This narrated gay sex film, from the 1970's when Hand-in-Hand and Jack Deveau were making the best in gay porn, stars Paul Hazzard (body-sculpted Malo) as a teacher from Manhattan who tries to escape a lifestyle of "too much sex" by foolishly renting a house on Fire Island for a month.

Shot on location, the humor, plot and feasible dialogue that are trademarks of Deveau never seem to come completely together, making this a silly, pleasant film that has some very good moments.

Much realism, though, is created in the actor's performances and true lust for one another! A sex-starved student, Dennis (played by Larry Paige), tracks him down to satisfy his crush while Paul's voice-over says, "We stared holes through each other all semester."

Fire Island, New York's gay summer playground, might seem an unlikely vacation spot for someone who wants to get away from men, but when your name is Paul Hazard (played by the strikingly chiseled Paul Malo), you're always thinking one thing and doing the opposite. Paul, a New York based dramatics instructor, is big, muscular, and mesmerizingly sultry. He has numerous opportunities for sex, and finds himself taking advantage of all of them. Paul's most promising student, Dennis (Larry Paige), is determined to make it with his teacher. Paul is attracted to Dennis, but thinks it would be unprofessional to ball one of his students. When Paul opens his house, he discovers he is not alone. Resting in his bed, clad in a t-shirt and clutching the bottle of champagne left for him by his real estate agent Ed (Gary Hunt), is Dennis, and he won't take no for an answer. It takes Paul all of two seconds to change his mind and jump into bed with Dennis, but their lovemaking is interrupted by a telephone call. It's Gordon (Hugh Allen), a friend of Paul's. Paul not only lets Gordon talk him into coming over, but agrees to take the forty minute walk from The Pines to Cherry Grove to meet Gordon at the ferry.

By the time Paul arrives at the dock, Gordon has gotten bored waiting and accepted a ride to The Pines from John (Matt Harper), a hunk with a boat. Gordon and John make it in the boat. From this point until Paul arrives back at his house the next day, Paul embarks on a series of sexual hazards with his real estate man, Ed and his two bi-lingual tricks, Gildo and Ugo (Pepe Brazil and Paolo Gorsky), and Kevin (Myles Longue), with whom Paul spends the night in a tent.

Back in The Pines, Gordon has arrived, made it with Dennis, and splits before Paul gets back. It finally dawns on Paul that he's come to the wrong place. He gives the house keys to Dennis, and goes off to find his peace of mind elsewhere.
